The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is based on New York Times best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s groundbreaking model for developing cohesive teams through five key behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
A cornerstone methodology for teamwork and organizational development, the Five Behaviors combines this powerful team model with personalized insights, revealed through personality assessments (Everything DiSC®), to help individuals understand themselves and others on their team.
This experience will guide teams to:
Learn and define each of the five behaviors that make up The Five Behaviors™ model
Understand where the team stands on each of the five behaviors
Identify key issues that may be influencing team scores for each behavio
Practice vulnerability-based trust and identify what needs to be done moving forward to build trust
Explore how the team currently engages in conflict and agree on behaviors that need to change in order to have productive conflict
Establish clarity around the team’s priorities and determine behaviors that hinder or help buy-in
Understand the value of feedback and identify behaviors that will increase the likelihood of team members holding one another accountable
Determine key distractions that prevent team members from achieving team results
Identify commitments for individual and team improvements
