As the founder of Momentum Leadership Group, my commitment to serving mission-driven organizations and education programs is rooted in decades of experience as an educator and program administrator. I understand the constant tension leaders carry: making high-stakes decisions, setting ambitious goals, and protecting quality while still meeting the needs of children, families, staff, and the community. When leadership capacity is stretched thin, quality doesn’t just dip - it stalls.
