Frequently asked questions
Why is this only available to teams?
The entire design depends on a team learning together. The shared language, peer accountability, and collective insight are what make the transformation stick at the organizational level. An individual cannot get the core benefit of this program, which is why we reserve it for teams.
Why the 6 to 15 participant range?
An effective group size is one that is large enough to build group momentum yet small enough to manage individual needs. With fewer than 6, you lose the peer dynamic that drives change. With more than 20, the individual coaching and group intimacy get diluted. Between 6 and 20, the whole team can move together while each person still gets personal attention.
What is our team is larger than 15?
Reach out and we will talk through options. For larger organizations, we can discuss running more than one cohort or sequencing teams over time so everyone gets the full experience.
Are the in-person sessions at our location or yours?
The six in-person group sessions are typically hosted at your organization or a location you arrange, which keeps the learning close to the real work. We finalize logistics together during the planning conversation.
How is the program customized to our organization?
Before the program begins, we learn your priorities, your challenges, and your team. The six sessions are then built around the leadership realities your team is actually facing, so the growth connects directly to your work.
