Questions You Might Have
How much time per week does this take?
The rhythm is built for busy new leaders. Plan for one 1-hour group coaching session, one short professional development video (~15 min), and a few minutes each week on an Impact in Action prompt (~15 min each). You can engage with the community as much or as little as you like.
What if I miss a week or a month?
Everything is recorded and archived. You set the pace for how you utilize your membership. The monthly professional development videos are always available on your schedule, and the private community keeps you connected between sessions. Whenever possible, sessions are structured so you can catch up without falling behind.
Will my employer pay for this?
Many do. We have created an information sheet that you can share with decision-makers. Send this to your leader and have a discussion on what you plan to do with this information.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access ends when your membership ends. You keep everything you have already implemented. You can rejoin at any time at the then-current rate.
What if I get promoted out of the supervisor role?
Your membership stays active. The skills you learn in the Collective can grow with you through every leadership level.
Is this a cohort or do I start anytime?
You can join anytime. Membership is ongoing. The community is always active, office Hours run every month, and new content is published with a steady rhythm.
