MORE PROGRESS, MORE PROBLEMS

Have you ever thought you conquered one challenge only to have it resurface again months later?   Me too.

When I look back over the times that this has occurred the culprit was one of a couple of things. Either:

• there was no clear system in place,
• the system was not followed, or
• the system wasn’t clearly communicated

There’s no need to be exhausted by the word system – it simply refers to a way of doing things.  Systems don’t have to be complicated, but they do need to be effective. 

As you grow and as you are presented with new variables, problems will occur.  Problems are opportunities for growth and indications that your system needs attention.  If you want problems to disappear:

• develop a system
• communicate the system
• follow the system
• enhance and/or repeat the system
