The Collective is specifically designed for aspiring leaders and current supervisors who have a limited range of experience in their current roles with:
- Less than 5 years experience supervising non-leadership personnel, OR
- Coordination responsibilities for specific areas, OR
- Coaching/Specialist functions that do not supervise others, OR
- You (or your organization) are experiencing significant shifts in structure, leadership and/or overall direction
