Designed for leaders who have at least 2 years of leadership experience in one of the following areas:
- Providing oversight of other supervisory/leadership personnel, or
- Coordination or coaching responsibilities for specific areas or personnel

Series Description
This three-part virtual series will equip leaders with tools to effectively lead the next generation of the workforce.
- Session 1: Generational Distinctions - Understanding the unique characteristics and preferences of different generations in the workforce is key to bridging the generation gap and fostering a cohesive team environment. Leaders will learn how to leverage these distinctions to build stronger, more cohesive teams.
- Session 2: Power Dynamics - Participants will explore the power dynamics and mindset shifts necessary for effective leadership in a multigenerational workplace. Leaders will discover how to adapt their leadership approach to inspire trust and respect across all levels.
- Session 3: Engage and Empower - Gain strategies to foster a culture that develops and retains the next generation of talent while also fostering the leadership potential of aspiring leaders.
