Series Description

This three-part virtual series will equip leaders with tools to effectively lead the next generation of the workforce. 

  • Session 1: Generational DistinctionsUnderstanding the unique characteristics and preferences of different generations in the workforce is key to bridging the generation gap and fostering a cohesive team environment. Leaders will learn how to leverage these distinctions to build stronger, more cohesive teams.
  • Session 2: Power DynamicsParticipants will explore the power dynamics and mindset shifts necessary for effective leadership in a multigenerational workplace. Leaders will discover how to adapt their leadership approach to inspire trust and respect across all levels.
  • Session 3:  Engage and EmpowerGain strategies to foster a culture that develops and retains the next generation of talent while also fostering the leadership potential of aspiring leaders.
