This community is designed for developing early childhood leaders who are taking initial steps at maximizing their influence.
These leaders have a limited range of experience in their current roles or are in first-level leadership roles:
- Less than 5 years of leadership experience in their current role, or
- Oversight of first and second-tier personnel, or
- Coordination or coaching responsibilities for specific areas or personnel, or
- You (or your organization) are experiencing significant shifts in structure, leadership and/or overall direction
