These leaders have a limited range of experience in their current roles or are in first-level leadership roles:

  • Oversight of first and second-tier personnel, or 

  • Coordination or coaching responsibilities for specific areas or personnel, or 

  • Less than 5 years of leadership experience in their current role, or
